This high quality 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by a light cold extraction to preserve its delicate flavours and nutritional properties. Each product has an intense fruity extra virgin oil, made with green-skinned "Coratina" olives, of which 90% comes from the north of Bari and 10% from our farm. Ingredients: Leccino Olives, Picholine Olives, Coratina Olives, Oliana Olives, Arbequina Olives, Cima di Melfi Olives.
